For a quick and tasty vegetable broth, cut the zucchini, carrots, potatoes and onions into small cubes.
Boil in 1.5 liters of water for 20 minutes on a high heat.
Pour in the Sorprese and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and serve with plenty of Parmesan or, for the most nostalgic, a small piece of cheese in the center of the steaming pot.
