FETTUCCINE WITH MUSHROOMS and black
truffle
Ingredients:
250g Fettuccine with mushrooms, 10g
black truffle, 200g peeled tomatoes,
1 onion, 1 garlic clove, extra virgin
olive oil, salt.
Preparation: Slice onion and garlic
and brown them in some olive oil by
slow heat. Add tomatoes, salt and keep
cooking by medium heat. Boil Fettuccine
with mushrooms in abundant water, drain
them "al dente" and flavour them with
the sauce. Slice the truffle in flakes
and add it at the end. Enjoy it!
