Here are some tips



Pasta is easy to prepare and as with all the simple things just get a few, crucial steps right.

Dry pasta dissolves in boiling water: be generous, for 100g of pasta you need one litre of water.

The water should be salted only when it reaches boiling point and use big salt.

Once the water has boiled, pour the pasta

Do not touch while cooking, not even with a wooden ladle, leave and it will open by itself. La Campofilone is made up of a very thin sheet.

Do not exceed 2 minutes of cooking or you lose all the magic.

Drain the pasta and combine it with the sauce.

When needed, add a ladle of the pasta cooking water to keep the pasta wet.
