ITALIAN CATERING AND INTERNATIONAL COOKING: IS THIS COMBINATION POSSIBLE?

“KING OF CATERING” award ceremony organizes several meetings dedicated to the topic “TASTE MARRIAGES”, that is to say an experience of different food cultures meetings, taking place during the next edition of TASTE in Florence. As technical partner of the KOK award, La Campofilone will join the debate “Is Italian catering embracing the international cuisine of major ceremonies?”, held on Saturday March 9, 10.30 a.m. (King of Catering area) and hosted by the journalist Davide Paolini.  La Campofilone is called to discuss about the chance of a combination between a very high quality traditional specialty, such as La Campofilone egg pasta, and the national and international cuisines.

ITALIAN PASTA AND RAW MATERIALS: HOW WILL BE THEIR FUTURE?
The most prestigious Italian pasta companies, among which La Campofilone, are called to debate about pasta and the source – not always national - of raw materials, in particular wheat. Saturday March 9, 4 p.m. the talk show “ITALIAN PASTA, ITALIAN WHEAT?” will be held at TASTE RING by the “Gastronauta” Davide Paolini.

La Campofilone is… FUORI DI TASTE!

La Campofilone will be the queen of the exclusive event dedicated to exhibitors and press “King spaghetti meal at midnight”, organized by King of Catering and held during FUORI DI TASTE, the programs of “outside the fair” events that brings Florence into the heart of Taste and features the city’s restaurants, gourmet shops, boutiques, art galleries, theaters, museum. The event takes place at the enoteca Santo Bevitore, via Santo Spirito 66, Florence, at 11.45 p.m.
